Field Service Engineer (UPS )

We are currently looking for a UPS Service Engineer

Location: Trivandrum,Kerala

Responsibilities:

To perform field service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair or investigate of  UPS equipment.

Responsible for a region or subgroup of field services.
.

Performs maintenance for  UPS equipment including batteries.

Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance of  products.

Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.

Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.

Solve UPS problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.

Qualifications:

Computer literacy is a necessary

2-3 yrs UPS technical experience is an added advantage.
