Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior English Faculty to deliver high-quality English language training to students and learners. The ideal candidate should possess extensive teaching experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to mentor learners effectively in both spoken and written English. The candidate must be committed to a full-time role and contribute towards maintaining the academic standards and reputation of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective English language training sessions to higher secondary students, graduates, and adult learners.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and instructional strategies aligned with the curriculum and organizational objectives.
  • Enhance students’ proficiency in:
    • Spoken English
    • Written English
    • Grammar and vocabulary
    • Reading comprehension
    • Business communication skills
    • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • Assess learners’ performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized guidance to improve language competencies.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
  • Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and communication workshops as required.
  • Ensure adherence to the academic policies, quality standards, and operational procedures of the institution.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to continuously improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and other institutional activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Education, or a related field.
    • Additional certifications in English Language Training (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, Train-the-Trainer, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience in:
      • Reputed schools teaching higher classes (Secondary/Higher Secondary levels), or
      • Established training institutes specializing in English language training and communication development.
