Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading design tools like Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva. Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD is preferred.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visuals, product designs, social media content, and marketing collateral.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media (social media posts, website assets, ads, email marketing, and print materials).

  • Develop and maintain design consistency across all company materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to conceptualize and execute design solutions.

  • Use Figma and FigJam for wireframes, UI/UX design collaboration, and prototyping.

  • Work on branding projects, including logo design, typography, color palettes, and style guides.

  • Assist in basic motion graphic design and video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred).

  • Maintain organized design files and follow naming conventions for easy team accessibility.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of proven graphic design experience (internships or freelance projects can be considered).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various media.

  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD.

  • Understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and composition.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic UI/UX knowledge and wireframing.

  • Video editing and motion graphics fundamentals.

  • Knowledge of branding strategies.

  • Experience working with marketing teams or product design teams.
