We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our school.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
● Loves working with children
● Creates a creative and engaging learning environment for students.
● Exceptional English language fluency, both written and spoken
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with colleagues, parents, and students.
● Strong understanding of child development, principles of progressive education and a
commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
● Passionate towards teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
● Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
● Proficiency in using technology to support student learning and facilitate
communication.
● Experience in integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning techniques with the
curriculum is an additional advantage
Role Description
● Develops lesson plans, implementing learning activities, and collaborating with
colleagues to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.
● Utilises various teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs
and interests of students.
● Encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration through hands-on,
experiential learning activities.
Teacher Job Description
● Assess students’ progress regularly through formal and informal assessments, providing
constructive feedback and adapting instruction as needed.
● Participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest
pedagogical trends, research, and best practices in inquiry-based learning and the CBSE
curriculum.
