As a Student Counselor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students in various aspects of their academic and personal lives
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address academic, personal, and social concerns.
Assess students’ needs and develop appropriate intervention plans and strategies.
Assist students in setting academic and personal goals and provide ongoing support to help them achieve these goals.
Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, time management, and career planning.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify students who may need additional support and develop intervention plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in counseling and education to provide effective support to students.
Participate in meetings and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
