Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture ( 1 years of minimum expereince)
- Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Create architectural designs, blueprints, and construction plans that meet client requirements, aesthetic considerations, and functional needs.
- Site Analysis: Evaluate potential building sites, considering factors like site conditions, environmental impact, and zoning regulations.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements, and adjust designs accordingly.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire construction process, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
