ELIGIBILITIES :
- Bachelors Degree
- Leadership skills: the candidate must have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role and be able to manage a team effectively.
- Organizational skills: the candidate is required to have strong organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills: the candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions quickly to any issues that may arise.
- Customer service: the candidate must be customer-focused and have excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible Schedule: the candidate must have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the store or business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field: a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred.
- Experience: the candidate should have experience in the retail industry or a similar role of a minimum of 1–4 years.
