* Find out and convert the leads through field sales, in and around their designated city: Cochin or Calicut* Qualify the leads given by the Marketing Team and understand their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
* Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email and social touches
* Set qualified meetings and take a lead to closure. Must be able to close deals over the phone.
* Update lead and prospect activity in CRM
* Meet or exceed qualified lead quota every month
* Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practicesRequired Candidate Profile

* 1+ Yrs experience in Field Sales/Business Development/Inside Sales
* Should be good in field sales, prospecting, nurturing leads & interacting with C level executives
* Excellent communication verbal/written. English and Malayalam are mandatory. Higher preference if they speak Hindi/Tamil/Telugu additionally.
* Good with using contact finding tools
