JD-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
➢Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our EdTech products and services.
➢Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
➢Lead Generation : Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking coordination with marketing head.
➢Customers/Partners Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
➢Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our EdTech products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
➢Sales Presentations and Targets: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products’ value proposition. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals and ideas to achieve it.
➢CRM Management: Maintain and verify accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in our CRM system by sales team.
➢Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
➢Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
