Captain Responsibilities
· Coordinating daily restaurant management operations of multiple outlets
· Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
· Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Requirements
· Proven customer service experience as a Captain
· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
· Familiarity with Hoetk management software
· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
· Acute financial management skills
· Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus
Salary: 12k to 15 k pm
Location: Pongummoodu going to open 7 restaurants under OYO
