Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Center Head to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Responsible for center sales performance and profitability
· Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to a budget.
· Supervising trainers and instructors & Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
· Planning for the operations, sales, and marketing activities of the branch.
· Organize and conduct College Seminar/workshops
· Responsible for College/ School tie-up
· Generate new references from student/Counseling
· Ensure excellent training service to Student
· Manage all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with Branches.
· Attend a meeting, if required with branches for business activities
