Job Description

The Senior Compliance Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our firm, ensuring the delivery of high- quality services across secretarial, trademark, and corporate legal domains. This position demands a strategic outlook, meticulous attention to compliance deadlines, and a strong commitment to client relationships and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:

§ Supervise and coordinate all operational aspects of the

firm, including secretarial, trademark registrations, and

corporate legal services.

§ Ensure all projects are executed efficiently, adhering to

the highest quality standards.

• Quality and Compliance Assurance:

§ Confirm that all assignments are completed within

stipulated timelines and meet or exceed firm-established

quality benchmarks.

§ Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all

assignments for seamless transfer to the accounting

team for billing.

• Team Leadership and Development:

§ Provide advisory support, training, and guidance to all

team members, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement and professional growth.

§ Uphold firm’s guidelines on operations and client

communications, ensuring consistency and

professionalism in all interactions.

• Client Relationship Management:

§ Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients,

ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and

promptness.

§ Address and resolve work-related escalations swiftly,

preserving firm reputation and client satisfaction.

• Strategic Planning:

§ Proactively plan and manage tasks to meet compliance

deadlines well in advance, avoiding last-minute rushes.

§ Continuously assess operational processes and

implement improvements to enhance efficiency and

service delivery.

Qualifications:

§ Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of [2] years of

experience in a similar role.

§ Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance,

trademark laws, and corporate legal practices.

§ Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of

professionals in a high-stakes environment.

§ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal

skills.

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a

meticulous attention to detail.
