Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to digital marketing campaigns. Your insights will optimize our online marketing efforts, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets and draw actionable insights.

• Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, to track and measure digital marketing performance.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.

• Solid knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights on digital marketing campaigns.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

• Utilize web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify improvements.

• Implement A/B testing to optimize digital marketing assets.

• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Provide reports and presentations on digital marketing performance.

• Collaborate on data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels.
