· A Receptionist duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors.
· Qualification- Graduation Mandatory
· Maintaining data base
· Good communication skill
· Advance Excel Work
· To Keep a track record of the appointments
· Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls
· Received Letters, Packages etc.
· Check emails and prepare outgoing emails
· Keep Update records and files
· Handling courier services
· Maintaining attendance of the office Staff
· To answer queries from guests
· Handling Travel Arrangement
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
· Providing Administrative Support
· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
· Keep Front Desk neat tidy
· Should be presentable
· Should have learning capability
