• Client Acquisition

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our construction products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Client Education: Educate clients on the advantages of our products and services through presentations, demonstrations, and product samples.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
