We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth office operations through effective coordination and support services. This position requires someone who is organized, punctual, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inside Office Coordination: Coordinate various tasks within the office premises to ensure seamless operations. This includes but is not limited to managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, assisting with meetings and appointments, and providing support to other staff members as needed.
- Staff Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments and staff members, assisting in communication and coordination efforts to enhance overall efficiency.
- Stationary Purchasing: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available. Responsible for procuring stationary supplies as per the requirements of different departments.
- Courier Handover: Facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of parcels and documents by coordinating with courier services. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all outgoing and incoming shipments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ownership of a 2-wheeler vehicle and willingness to use it for official purposes.
