Palo Alto Specialist
Configuration & Management of various network devices and services from Cisco/ multiple vendor network products (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls )
Strong knowledge in Cisco Routing & Switching ; Hands on experience in configuration & troubleshooting Cisco routers & switches ( 3800, 4500, 6500 Catalyst & Nexus 3000, 5000, 9k Switches)
Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunking, Ether channel, Port channeling, Anti spoofing etc Sound Knowledge , hands on experience in configuration & troubleshooting of various routing protocols mainly BGP , OSPF routing protocols , MPLS etc
Good understanding & hands on to high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP) MPLS/VPN architecture and troubleshooting
Experience designing, building and or maintaining QoS enabled LAN and WAN networks Hands-on experience , configuration of rules, access policies & troubleshooting of Cisco ASA, Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls Hands-on experience , configuration of IPS/Threat prevention rules, URL/Content filtering etc in Checkpoint & Palo Alto firewalls
Expert Knowledge of VPN technologies , IPSec /Site-Site VPN tunnels and GRE protocols , Remote VPN/ WebVPN etc Good knowledge & experience in configuring TACACS,RADIUS,CISCO ACS, Cisco Cloud web security / Cisco Umbrella etc
Sound experience in managing Cisco wireless Access Points & Wireless LAN Controllers
Good knowledge on VoIP technologies, handling Cisco IP Phones (SPA, 7800 series) , Polycoms etc. Sound Knowledge , Hands on experience into Asterisk based PBX, SIP, Trunking, call routes etc
Strong skill sets in identifying the network related problems & troubleshooting Keep up-to-date with new networking products and services Network and structured cabling design and Implementation
Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
Good understanding on the usage of monitoring tools, wireshark , PRTG etc
Organizational and problem-solving skills

Multi-vendor SIP Interop testing, configuration and troubleshooting IPv4 and IPv6 architecture , IP Subnetting and troubleshooting
Ability to have good understanding of System Architecture concepts

Should have hands on experience in managing large voice infrastructure.
Implement change requests as per business needs on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wifi access points & VoIP systems
Knowledge in Information Security concepts aligning to ISO 27001 standards
Willing to work on rotational shifts / Night shifts
Good communication skills (Oral and written)
Experience, Certifications & Education 7 + years of relevant experience in Networking with a 3 year diploma or Degree CCNP/CCDP/CCSP/CISSP or equivalent Cisco certification is a must.
Please note, Valid Certification in PCNSE or CCNP (Routers & Switches) is Mandatory or candidate must ready to take the certification within 6 months of joining.
