Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in the paint and coatings industry, as well as the building materials sector, including cement and PVC pipe manufacturing. This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the mentioned industries. As this role involves extensive fieldwork, a valid driving license and access to a 2-wheeler are essential.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the paint or coatings industry, or the building material sector (e.g., cement or PVC pipe manufacturing) is highly desirable.
• Education: A graduate degree is required.
• Gender: This position is open to male candidates only.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory, while English language proficiency is optional.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting Fieldwork: The role primarily involves meeting with dealers, prospects, and potential clients in the designated areas.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential prospects to convert them into qualified leads.
• Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products to prospects and persuade them to choose our offerings.
• Reporting: Submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports through the designated communication channels, such as phone or mobile applications.
• Working Schedule: The job follows a Monday to Saturday working schedule.
• Shift Timings: The work hours are from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
