Location: Trivandrum
Experience : 6 Months to 1 Years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce applications according to project requirements.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of Salesforce features.
- Help document configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- Learn from senior Salesforce developers and administrators to understand best practices and industry standards.
- Engage in testing and deployment processes to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platforms and database management.
- Familiarity with CRM processes and Salesforce automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a computer science, information technology, or related field, with a focus on CRM or business systems.
