Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager who who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, and Product) to deliver
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
- Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team
- Analyze and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges. Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts on all things user engagement & retention
- Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts
- Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem
- Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Calling to establish new opportunities
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of proven software sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas.
- Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships in the region and closing sales for North American and EU Markets.
- Full time MBA degree and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
- Strong time management skills
- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
- Strong time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Demonstrate the platform to potential client and support in on-boarding new clients
- 3+ years of software product management experience in cloud based/SaaS solutions
- Helping others to successfully prospect, sell, and solution for customers
